Application
Self-acting valve preventing from reflux of
transported medium. It is used for water,
steam, gases and other non-aggressive liquids
for working pressures and temperatures:
Technical description
Rotary hinged disc in the body assures the
valve function. When the valve is fully closed
the disc sits on the rubber ring which is the
body sealing surface.
Connection
Face-to-face dimensions and connecting
dimensions are given in the table. The valve is
installed between pipe flanges.

Testing
Swing check valve is tested as per DIN 3230,
(ČSN133060, part 2, DIN 3230-3).
Installation
Valve can be installed into the pipeline in any
position. In vertical pipeline disc must be in
upper position and flow direction must be
upwards.
Control
Self-acting by the pressure of working
medium on the valve disc which in the closed
position avoids reverse flow of medium.
