Application
Flanges from PN 2,5 to PN 250 are used in the widest range of working pressures and temperatures for respective quality of steel as per ČSN 13 0010.

Workmanship
Reacquired finish of flange face is chosen as per ČSN 13 1061.

Material
Flange material as per ČSN 13 0300 - steel grades 11, 15, 17 and corresponding material as per DIN, ANSI.
Other service we provide: Production of nonstandard flanges according to technical drawings supplied by the customer,
finishing of flange as per ČSN 13 1061 (DIN 2562, ANSI B 16,5)

Bolting material
Hexagonal-head bolts as per ČSN 02 1101, ČSN 02 1103, ČSN 02 1301, ČSN 02 1303, high-strength coupling studs as per
ČSN 13 1520.
Hexagonal nuts as per ČSN 02 1401, ČSN 02 1601, high hexagonal nuts for flanges as per ČSN 13 1530.

Sealing material
Asbestos-free gaskets for sealing between flanges in diameters from DN 10 to DN 2400 for the complete range of pressures and
temperatures.
Packing cords and pressed rings for valve packing chambers.
Flat gasket of nonstandard dimensions according to technical drawings supplied by the customer.
