Output pressure controller - T 79 157-616 PN 16

Application
Controller is for regulation of input (unsteady)
pressure to a constant output pressure. This
type is for water only, for maximum pressures
up to PN 16 and temperatures up to 70°C.
Valve plug is controlled by a force, which is
transmitted by the stem from pump diaphragm
and from spring. If the output pressure is
increased to a set value, valve seals and thus
the output pressure can not increase. When the
output pressure is decreased under the set
value, the valve opens. Minimum difference
between output and set pressure value needed
for initiation of opening of the valve is 20 kPa.

Input pressure range: 0,25-1,6 Mpa
Output pressure range: 0,15-1,0 Mpa
Minimum pressure drop: 0,1 Mpa

Installation
Output pressure controller is installed in
horizontal piping with control screw upwards.
The correct flow direction is indicated by an
arrow on the body. The stop valve must be set
upstream the strainer, which is set upstream
the controller. To provide accessible amount
of service reliability, the controller should be
mounted according to connection diagram.
