Application
It is used as a self-acting regulator, which
decreases the input vapor pressure and
regulates it within tolerant range to the set
output pressure. Controller can be used for
heating gas as per ČSN 385502, air and other
non-aggressive gases. Operation temperature
range is from -10°C up to 70°C (in consideration of rubber parts). When the
consumption of the gas drops, the pressure
increases. Diaphragm moves upward when
the pressure is increased. Plug decreases seat
cross sectional area of flow and therefore the
pressure decreases. Pressure level resettles on
the adjusted level. When the consumption of
the gas increases, the pressure drops.
Diaphragm responds by moving downward.
Plug increases seat cross sectional area of
flow and therefore the pressure increases.
Pressure level resettles on the adjusted level.
