Application
Standard design of this valve is intended for
closing of water and steam flow, upon request
also for other non-aggressive liquids and
vapors for service pressures and temperatures:
The gate valve is not suitable for flow
regulation.
Technical description
The bonnet gate valve has a two-arm lever
with fork. The lever is joined to non-rotating
rising stem. Brass sealing rings are pressed
into the body and wedge. Stem is sealed with
gland packing in a bonnet.

Face-to-face dimension as per ČSN EN 558-,
line 14, DIN 3202 F4. Flange connection
dimensions as per ČSN 13 1060 DIN 2501.
Flange faces as per ČSN 13 1061, DIN 2526.

Body, bonnet, wedge grey cast iron (GG-25)
Stem stainless steel (13 Cr)
Sealing surfaces brass
Gland packing asbestos-free fibre
Testing
The gate valve is tested per ČSN 13 3060,
part 2, DIN 3230-3.
Installation
The gate valve can be installed in horizontal
piping with stem vertical and lever upwards.
Operation
The gate valve is operated by a two-arm lever.
