Application One-way shut-off valve for circular sewage outlets is intended for clean and slightly polluted sewage water, for maximum service overpressure of 0,04 MPa. The gate valve is not suitable for flow regulation Technical description Cast iron frame is set into concrete and secured by two anchor bolts. Cast iron closing plate is guided in the frame. The plate is pressed to the frame by pressure of flowing liquid. Sealing surfaces are of base material. Connecting and end-to-end dimensions Dimensions are given in the table below. Material Frame, closing plate grey cast iron (42 2420) Anchor bolts carbon steel Testing Only functional test is performed. Installation The sluice gate valve must be installed in horizontal outlets with its handle upwards. One-way pressure must be in arrow direction. The frame must be installed vertically to prevent sticking of the plate. Operation Closing plate is operated by a handle.
