Technical description
The valve is head-type. Closing disc fits into
the body seat. Stem is sealed with gland
packing in the valve head. Service medium
flow direction is under the disc.
Connecting and end-to-end dimensions
The valve is provided on inlet and outlet side
with straight pipe thread. End-to-end
dimensions are given in the table below.

Body, head grey cast cast iron (GG-25)
Stem, disc to DN 20 stainless steel (13Cr)
Disc from DN 25 carbon steel (St 52-3)
Body sealing ring stainless steel
Gland packing asbestos-free fibre
Testing
The valve is tested as per DIN 3230.
Installation
The valve can be installed in horizontal or
vertical piping.
Operation
The valve is operated by handwheel.
