Globe valve with regulating disc - V 41 111(3)-540 PN 40

Installation
The valve can be installed in horizontal or vertical piping depending on
the flow direction. Electrically actuated valves should be installed in
horizontal piping with the actuator upwards above the valve. In other
positions the actuator must be supported or attached to a hinge.

Operation
The valve is operated by handwheel (ON 13 3110), chainwheel
(ON 13 3130) or from a stand (ON 13 3140 and ON 13 3142). Type of
electric actuator and maximum pressure drop is selected by the supplier.

Application
Valve with regulating disc for water,
non-aggressive liquids, steam, oil and gases
for service pressures and temperatures:

Technical description
Manually operated valve is yoke type.
Electrically operated valve is bonnet type.
Closing disc fits into welded sealing surface
in the body. Stem is sealed with gland packing
in the yoke. Flow direction in the valve is
from under the disc. The valve regulates
service medium flow in valve seat by a
regulating disc. The disc is designed for linear
flow characteristic. Kv number gives a value
of service medium volume (water flow
volume with density of 1000 kg/m3 in m/h, at
differential pressure on the valve of 0,1 MPa).
Allowable permeability in the seat of these
valves is 0,05% Kv.

Connecting and face-to-face dimensions
Face-to-face dimensions as per DIN 3202 F1.
Flange connecting dimensions as per
ČSN 13 1060 and ČSN 13 1061, DIN2501.
Flange faces as per DIN2526, Form C.
Basic connecting and face-to-face dimensions
are given in the table.

Material
Body, bonnet carbon steel
Stem stainless steel (13Cr)
Disc to DN 100 stainless steel (13Cr)
Disc from DN 125 carbon steel with
overlay (13 Cr)
Gland packing asbestos-free graphite

Testing
The valve is tested as per ČSN 13 3060, part 2,
DIN 3230.
