Application
The valve is intended for closing and
regulation of abrasive liquids and turbid water
with max. temperature of 100°C and service
pressure up to 1.0 MPa. Chemical resistance
of the valve depends on service fluid. The
valve is intended for applications where
medium leakage to surroundings in case of
rubber insert damage must not occur.

Technical description
The valve consists of a split body, rubber
insert and a closing mechanism with rising
non-rotating stem. The valve can be actuated
by a servomotor (VPKE) or by a pneumatic
actuator (VPKP).

Connecting and face-to-face dimensions
Flanged connection dimensions as per
ČSN 13 1060, DIN 2501.
Flange sealing surfaces are formed by a
rubber insert.
Face-to-face dimensions as per
ČSN EN 558-1, line 1, DIN 3202 F1.

are given in the table below.

Testing
The valve is tested as per ČSN 13 3060, part 2,
DIN 3230-3.

Installation
The valve can be installed in horizontal or
vertical piping.

Operation
The valve is operated by a direct-acting
electric Actuator, or single-acting or double
acting pneumatic cylinder. The supplier
specifies the type of electric (pneumatic)
actuator.
